We want you to love your FARM Rio pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all FARM Rio tags and security seals are intact to avoid any processing delays.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep anywhere in KSA, or drop it off at a designated location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
